1. Using this site

You may browse this site and use the project form to tell us about your work. In return we ask that you:

• Give true information about yourself and your business when you write to us
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, flood or probe the site, its forms or its APIs
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful

2. Information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about Nextriz, the platforms we run and the work we do. It is not legal, financial, technical or professional advice for your situation. Figures about our own platforms (such as the number of businesses online in Kochas) describe our experience there; they are not a promise of the same result for anyone else.

3. Project enquiries are not contracts

Sending the project form, emailing us or messaging us on WhatsApp starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, an obligation to deliver, or a reservation of our time. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, fees and responsibilities. This site does not publish prices, and nothing on it is an offer at a fixed price.

4. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, code, sound and other content of this site, and the names and marks Nextriz, KochasWala, Grabsto and Kochas Tarang, belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or reuse them without our written consent, beyond what is needed to view the site normally. Names and marks of other companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

5. Third-party sites and services

This site links to our own brand sites, such as kochas.in, and relies on services like Google and Vercel. Each has its own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or take down any part of this site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the date below tells you when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nextriz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this site or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rohtas, Bihar, India.
