Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We only collect what you type into the project / contact form on this site:

• Your name
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Email address (optional)
• Town / city
• Business or institution name and type (optional)
• What you are interested in, when you would like to start, and your message
• Your language preference (English or Hindi)

Along with the form we record the time of submission and your browser's user-agent string, so we can tell genuine enquiries from automated ones. Your IP address is held in server memory for a short while only to limit repeated submissions; it is not written to any record.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, government IDs, bank details or passwords.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, personally, usually within a day
• To prepare for the conversation about your work before we speak
• To keep a simple record of the enquiries we receive

We do not send marketing emails or messages unless you have asked for them. We never sell your information.

3. Where it is stored

Form submissions are appended to a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account (Google LLC) and an email notification is sent to our team mailbox. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms.

This website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.) and served from its Mumbai, India region. Vercel may process technical request data (such as IP addresses and request logs) to deliver and secure the site.

4. Cookies, analytics and logs

• NEXT_LOCALE: a preference cookie that remembers your chosen language (English / Hindi) for one year. No tracking.
• nextriz:sound: a local-storage key that remembers whether you turned the site's sound on. It never leaves your browser.
• nx_sid: a first-party cookie holding a random session ID (no name, email or phone number in it). It expires 30 minutes after your last page view and is only used to count visits.

Analytics & logs: we run our own first-party analytics and error logs, with nothing from advertising or tracking companies. We record which pages are opened, how far the Home story is scrolled, whether sound, chat or the demo builder are used, that a form was submitted (its content goes only to the enquiry sheet described above), errors, and the device type, language and country (from the hosting network, not your exact location). Your IP address is not stored. These records are kept in our private database on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc.) for up to 13 months, are used only to improve this site and fix problems, and are never sold or used for advertising. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we record only anonymous error reports and set no analytics cookie.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. If you ask us to delete them earlier, we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

6. Who we share it with

Nobody, except the service providers named above (Google, Vercel and Cloudflare) who store or deliver it on our behalf, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

7. Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

As a Data Principal under India's DPDP Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used (right to access)
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it (right to correction)
• Ask us to erase it when it is no longer needed for the purpose you shared it (right to erasure)
• Withdraw consent at any time for processing that is based on consent
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India

Write to the grievance contact below. We respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the law allows.

8. Grievance contact

For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, email us. Mention "Privacy" in the subject so it reaches the right person quickly.

9. Children

This site and its services are meant for adults running or representing a business, institution or service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date below. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
